Account, privacy, and data

Manage your profile and password, control notifications, export your data, or delete your account.

Everything about your account lives under My → Settings.

Profile

  • Display name: how characters and other players see you.
  • Username and email: your login identity. Email is used for password resets, export links, and billing updates.
  • Interface language: Roleva ships in English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and French. Pick yours under Settings → Language.

Password

Two ways to change it:

  • With your current password: Settings → Change password.
  • Via email: request a reset link, then paste the reset code from the email and set a new password. Use this if you forgot the current one.

Notifications

New replies, review results, and billing updates arrive in My → Notifications. Mark items read individually or all at once.

Export your data

You can request a full export of your personal data under My → Data & Privacy → Request data export. We prepare the archive and email you a download link.

Delete your account

Account deletion is a two-step safety design:

  1. When you confirm deletion, your account deactivates immediately — you are logged out and the account stops working.
  2. After 30 days, all personal data is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

Changed your mind within the 30 days? Log back in and choose Cancel account deletion — your account and data return exactly as they were.

Where billing lives

Subscription status, plan, renewal date, orders, and entitlements are under My → Settings → Subscription and My → Orders. See Credits and membership for how the plans differ.
